In addition, S3S Ltd offer all their staff further training in:
- Physical Intervention and advanced conflict management
- First Aid to HSE standards
- Risk Assessment
- Weapon Recognition
- Crowd Control
- As well as a practical review of the SIA training.
Prior to commencing any work with S3S Ltd, and on successful
completion of the SIA course,
operatives are required to apply for a personal license through the
SIA. Here, they are vetted for a 10 year period, through the Criminal
Records Bureau (CRB).
Staff training and development needs are assessed through regular appraisals, supervision and guidance from S3S Ltd’s comprehensive code of conduct. Team meetings are held regularly to ensure that all staff are kept up to date with any changes to legislation or working procedures.
