In addition, Security 3 Ltd offer all their staff further training in:
- Physical Intervention and advanced conflict management
- First Aid to HSE standards
- Risk Assessment
- Weapon Recognition
- Crowd Control
- As well as a practical review of the SIA training.
Prior to commencing any work with Security 3 Ltd, and on successful
completion of the SIA course,
operatives are required to apply for a personal license through the
SIA. Here, they are vetted for a 10 year period, through the Criminal
Records Bureau (CRB).
Staff training and development needs are assessed through regular appraisals, supervision and guidance from Security 3 Ltd’s comprehensive code of conduct. Team meetings are held regularly to ensure that all staff are kept up to date with any changes to legislation or working procedures.
